Where are you based and do you cover my area?

We are physically located in Flintshire, North Wales, UK.  We are able to cover an area up to 50 miles from postcode area CH5.

Are you a real company or just some spotty youth with a PC in a bedroom?

Yes, we are a professional company.  All the employees are freelance and the business is based on a virtual business model.  All our engineers and coders have a minimum of 10 years experience of IT.  Most learnt to code using a ZX Spectrum or a BBC B!

Your site seems to be lacking technical specs and the virtues of black magic IT!

We are very aware of how frustrating it is for a business to have to deal with a technical company that hide behind gobble de gook.  We have a rule that if it can’t be explained in two syllable words or less,  we are using the wrong words!

If I ring you with a problem, when can you come out and fix it?

We have a contract policy where we have an agreed service level with you.  If you want us to fix your equipment within 2 hours of you reporting it – we can do that, but that is going to be more expensive than other options!

What do you actually specialise in?

We are Internet consultants first, a support company second.  There are other companies who are better than us at fixing hardware, nobody is as good as us when it comes to getting the best out of the Internet for independent business.

Who’s cat is on the about screen?

Don’t know – it just reminds us of our own cat, Deano!
